Eligibility for Returns

Caironi allows returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in its original condition with all tags attached
• Not be worn, altered, or damaged
• Not be a sale or discounted item, unless otherwise specified
• Not be a custom or personalized item

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at support@caironi.shop. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you provide your order number and reason for return in your email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank to see if the refund is pending. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our support team at support@caironi.shop for assistance.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item is not lost in transit. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
